What we do in detail

1. Electrical and Functional Design

  • Preliminary analysis of customer needs and technical inspections
  • Study of plant configuration and definition of electrical architecture
  • Design of LV switchboards, automation panels and PLC systems
  • Development of schematics, internal and external layouts
  • Selection of components (switches, protectors, PLCs, inverters, I/O, etc.).
  • Cable and busbar sizing
  • Design according to IEC, IEC, UL or customer specifications
  • Design with electrical CAD software (e.g., EPLAN, SPAC, SEE Electrical)

    • 2. Construction and Assembly of Panels

  • Construction of power, distribution, automation, command and control panels
  • Mechanical assembly in certified workshop
  • Internal wiring and point-to-point verification of connections
  • Programming and pre-configuration of PLCs, HMIs, inverters, intelligent relays
  • Integration with SCADA, BMS or DCS systems where required
  • Component and cable marking, professional cleaning and technical packaging

    • 3. Testing and Quality Control

  • Continuity, insulation, tightening tests
  • Functional testing in the shop floor (FAT) on load simulation and PLC logic
  • Testing according to IEC EN 61439-1/2 and customer check-list
  • Issuing test reports, manuals, declarations of conformity

    • 4. Commissioning and Start-up (Start-up).

  • On-site installation and connections with the plant
  • Field testing (SAT), logic verification and signaling
  • Process start-up supervision, parameter optimization
  • Technical training to client personnel
  • Technical support and post-commissioning assistance

  • Scheduled ordinary and extraordinary maintenance work
