COB Marine was established with the objective of offering complete EPC solutions, where experience, professionalism and specialization converge in a single cohesive organization. Customized Project Management

With a dynamic and efficiency-oriented structure, we offer operational flexibility that allows us to tailor planning to specific client needs, ensuring customized management for each project. Material requisition & supply specification

Within our EPC projects, preparation of Material Requisition & supply specifications is a crucial step to ensure timely and correct procurement of strategic materials and equipment.

Due to the multidisciplinary and integrated nature of COB Marine, we develop technically complete MR & Supply consistent with project needs, ensuring alignment between process requirements, technical requirements, and regulatory constraints.

Each Material Requisition is structured to provide procurement with all the information it needs to select qualified suppliers and initiate the purchasing process in an optimized timeframe.

Technical Bid Evaluation & Vendor Follow-Up

COB Marine, backed by established multidisciplinary expertise, manages TBEs through a structured technical analysis of the bids received. Each proposal is evaluated in terms of compliance with Material Requisition, adherence to technical specifications, guaranteed performance, and verification of any deviations or alternatives proposed by suppliers, in full compliance with international reference standards (e.g., ASME, IEC, ISO, API).

Following vendor selection, the Vendor Follow-Up phase is activated, through continuous monitoring of the progress of production and document activities, inspection and testing plans (ITPs), contract milestones and delivery dates. This activity is coordinated in synergy between the technical, procurement, and project control departments, with the goal of preventing critical issues, ensuring the quality of deliverables, and fully complying with the executive schedule.

The entire process is supported by digital tools for document control, expediting, and supplier management, which ensure traceability, transparency, and timely decision-making, making a real contribution to achieving project goals in terms of quality, time, and operational performance.
