2019: COB Marine successfully completes EPC project for new Ground Torch at Versalis' Brindisi plant

IIThe COB Marine Consortium has completed the construction of a new Ground Torch as part of an EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) project at the Versalis site in Brindisi.

The Torch was designed for the safe management of emergency discharges from the P1CR ethylene system, integrating state-of-the-art solutions for safe combustion. The main objective of the project was to reduce the visual and environmental impact of combustion while increasing the operational safety levels of the plant.

The operation fully complied with the latest environmental and safety regulations, once again demonstrating COB Marine's ability to tackle complex and critical industry projects with a sustainable and technologically advanced approach.
